52 Weeks of Color Challenge – Patina

Hello! Eh, I'm sorta kinda really late on this challenge. Failing at it's finest, I guess eh? But hey, better late then never! I was seriously considering just skipping this troublesome color and going right to the next one which is Alice Blue (SUCH a pretty color!) But I finally decided that I'll just MAKE my own shirt, to save me the trouble of looking through the marketplace a million more times. Now I am not clothing maker and you can very clearly tell. But I went with a simple loading icon, to express my nerdom. From there everything sort of fell into place, and I put together a fairly geeky (or nerdy, or even dorky) look, inspired my love for Dungeons and Dragons, and the fact that myself and a small group of people in Second Life are actually starting up our own Dungeons and Dragons game in world. Yes that's right, don't judge us! So starting sometime in the next few weeks, Mo Lyle will be DMing what is sure to be an awesome game with Avenge Niangao, Tristan Padar, DarnelJohnson Resident, Mara Jestyr, Tempeste Winterwolf and of course yours truly! I am so excited!

52 Weeks of Color Challenge – Electric Indigo

Hey everyone! It's already a new week and you know what that means! The new color challenge! I almost forgot about this, with the past week being so busy! I was made CAPTAIN of my cabin for camp, which is super exciting for me, as I use to be all shy, but now I'm getting a chance to really take charge and be myself in front of others! Squee! Otherwise I've been busy working on bunks for my store and other fun camp items! I'm so busy, but I LOVE IT! So let's go down to this weeks challenge, eh? This week it's Electric Indigo... in other words... PURPLE! My second favorite color! I didn't even have to go looking, the moment I saw the color - I knew what I was going to blog. I had worn this outfit a few weeks ago for a whole week straight, and I totally wanted to blog it, but I never got around to it. I added a few new things to it as well, like my ELF EARS, because I'm toying with the idea of being an elf again (I blame you Night and Avenge!) So yay, here is it, all shiny and cute! Oh and of course the POSE! My sissyface, Nightmare was taking my photo the other day and she found this pose and told me it was such a ME pose. So I stole her pose stand for the blog photo. *Flips her hair and strikes a pose*

Oh gosh, good morning... or good afternoon everyone! What a nice lazy day it is! Donchu just love rainy days where you can stay in your pajamas and relax? That's what I've been doing today! So I've taken this nice relaxing time, and treated myself to some shopping with Nara. I've been spending so much on uploading and building supplies, that I've barely been shopping this season! I revisited one of the first hair stores I ever found in Second Life, Kin, where there amazingly cute hairs are only 100 linden! I ran around The Dressing Room as well, to check out the deals, and spotted this cute sweater from Milk Motion, one of my favorite stores, where I always try to make the clothes work for my child self! The end result? Cuteness overload in the style of a traveling musician. According to my Aunty I was killing her with cuteness. Heh that means I did well on my style for today, eh?

03. Family

Well hi everyone! I am so sorry about the late post - but I was running around like crazy yesterday getting into all sorts of stuff! Amid the chaos I was able to steal away a moment with my loving family. The minute I woke up Nana pulled me and my big sissy Haylee onto her lap and spent to afternoon together just having fun. Later that night, when sissy was wit her friends, my cousin Dracie came over with mine Aunty Maddy and mine cousin Katie. Nana and Aunty taught us all how to dance and Katie learned a bad word! Dracie and me eventually retreated to our wagon of awesome to escape their shannigans and we soon started plotting our rebellion. We drew sharpie pictures on our arms, and plotted ways to get candy. Dracie found out my secret stash and she went after it right away! Before I could follow though, Aunty came over with her big butt and smushed me! I was trapped! Luckily I has 'nuff skills to ninja down to Dracie safely. When I was safely in my closest with Dracie, chowing down on chocolate and chugging Mountain Dew, we heard a commotion downstairs! Thinking that it was our crazy family we ran downstairs and discovered that it was ninjas attacking the house and trying to steal our meero treasure! Dracie pulled out her glitter and started throwing it in their faces and they used ninjustu and nearly drowned us with water! We ran upstairs at the first floor filled up with water and made our last stand on the craft table. After much glitter and sparkles got in they're faces, they decided to run away and me and Dracie got to dance in victory! While we were dancing, Nana and Aunty and Katie finally came down to join us and see what the commotion was, they were met with the site of  a sparkle filled flooded house. Of course they jumped to conclusions and started yelling at us, and we tried in vain to explain the ninjas. But they wouldn't listen! Then they accused us of being ninjas pretending to be their children! We did our very best bambi eyes, and in the end they believed us... only to ground us forever and ever. Maybe the ninjas will come back and they will see for sure that we was telling the truth!

LOTD: Lazy Monday

HELLO WORLD! Er... or HELLO VIRTUAL WORLD! I hope everyone had a nice Monday... even though it's a Monday... and Monday's are almost never nice. I actually barely moved from bed today. Ah the pleasure of vacations. Little Nara me has been dressed for these lazy days for the past couple days, so I've decided to blog it. You now get to see more of my brand new look, lucky ducks! So, now I'm sporting my tomyboyish look, with my favorite sweatshirt. I think I wear it like 80% of the time these days. It's actually for men as far as I can tell... but that never stops me. My pants are the ever famous style of -boyfriend jeans- I think I own like 4 pairs of this style from different stores. These ones are a former Fifty Linden Friday deal, at Milk Motion, one of my more favorite stores to shop at! Er let me stop for a moment to talk about a new look. I spent most of my time on Second Life being either Brown haired or Black haired. When I came back on Second Life with Nara, I decided to redo my look entirely. I liked it for awhile, but I always missed my old look. I decided recently it was time for a major change, so I went and found one of my favorite skins at Curi and tried it on, a long with my brown hair, and new glasses that my hubby (bestie) Haku found for me. I loved the ending result and VOILA my new look was born! Or old look reborn! I'd like to point out that she now looks just like me in real life as well now.
